it is SO great that you are doing this.  I've wanted a biz culture/community that always had a core of health.  Mentally, physically and spiritually.  Well, i know that you will not be able to come to the Mental Health meetings as you failed the aptitude test.  But, you have certainly proven to be a role model and great co-conspirator at living life to the fullest! I'm very proud of you and your site...and I wonder....should I wipe the chocolate off my face and not eat the last bite of this Ben &amp; Jerry's due to your inspiration? j/k.  I didn't have any "real" chocolate today.  I ran 30 minutes.  And tomorrow I'll do Bikrams, which frankly I kind of hate (its sooooooo stupid, they say the same thing every time and do the same moves every time)--but its a good switcheroo to everything else.  have you DONE YOUR YOGA YET????????????????????????????????????</description>
